PreSales/Business Development Manager

Craterzone is growing and we’re on the lookout for sales leaders that can initially work with the CEO to develop new sales in the enterprise space (Outside India).

The Job role is split into 3 areas

  • Client Acquisition and new business
  • Account Management
  • Sales Reporting and pipeline planning

Required Qualification:

  • Great understanding of Mobile Apps, IT consulting, Digital marketing, Ecommerce and cloud computing.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Applause-worthy communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff/clients
  • Excellent planning, organisation and computer skills
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings or weekends when required
  • You’ve got formal experience with sales methodology

Responsibilities:

  • You know how to pitch, build relationships, and most importantly – close deals.
  • Effectively meeting assigned performance factors including the number of outbound calls, email blasts, and pipeline management, service level mix and close ratio.
  • Analyzing client requirements, meeting potential customers and price negotiation and closing the sale.
  • Positive and energetic phone, excellent listening and email marketing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the USA / European markets with experience of selling software and related technology solutions to businesses.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with prospective clients via phone, email, in-person meetings or other communication tools
  • Write weekly reports documenting progress in the field
  • Research, recommend and execute strategies for client growth
  • Proactively source and close client leads
  • Organize, document, and communicate project post-mortem analysis
